Worked on this for a little less than 2 weeks for a game jam (POLYDANK (aka Bryson) and Mythic (aka Brandon))! It's a exe so you need to run my wizard setup and follow the instructions. If for some reason on windows that this does not work saying it's blocked. Right click on the exe file (the game) and click properties an select unblock. :) non the less good luck on everyone's submissions on the game jam!!!

NOTE: 

Run the exe wizard and it will download all of the files. Also you may need to right click and select properties on the  wizard and click un block if Windows blocks it on your device.
